Anthony Ergino

CEO

Anthony is a driven and accomplished businessman who was born and raised in Temecula, California. During his youth, he was a tri-sport athlete, participating in football, wrestling, and track and field. As the oldest of five siblings, he learned the value of hard work and determination at an early age. In fact, at one point in his life, he juggled three jobs while attending school full-time.

After graduating from Palomar College, Anthony went on to study Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Cal State San Marcos. He started his professional career as a Field Test Engineer for Nokia, where he worked on networks for major carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, and T-MO. Despite being hourly or salaried throughout his career, Anthony had never worked in a performance-based industry until he made the switch to business management and marketing.

Initially stepping out of his comfort zone, Anthony decided to pursue a new career in sales and marketing. With the help of great mentors, he was able to learn about sales and marketing through a Management Training Program while also developing his skills as a leader. Today, he is the CEO of Divergent Marketing Solutions, where he has successfully managed multiple markets within Temecula, Riverside County, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Ohio, Indiana, and Texas.

Anthony is proud to have worked with great clients such as Assurance Wireless, Sprint, Verizon, Start New Financial, and Ready Refresh. He is committed to being a front runner on all programs he touches and is determined to become a Regional and National partner here on the West Coast. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and three beautiful children. As a family they love to travel and often adventure out to site see and eat good food. They enjoy exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and trying new things.

Hey guys my name is Annmarie, I recently just graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors degree in International Business degree and a minor in Sociology. I had the opportunity to travel to Europe and study Wine Marketing. What really caught my eye about Divergent is the diversity the company had and the team environment I had witnessed during my interview and online. My goals are to continue to grow and develop not only myself, but other people that also get the opportunity here at divergent.

Aaron Ericsson

Aaron Ericsson was born in Tarzana, CA. As a competitive swimmer and diver throughout high school, Aaron has adapted the team mentality of competitive sports throughout his professional career. Prior to joining OTS Empire, Aaron had found success with major corporations including Wells Fargo, Intuit, and Target, with a focus on training and development. Seeing the opportunity to be in control of his growth and success has been a driving force for Aaron within our organization. During his free time Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, camping, fishing, and can frequently be found cooking meals for the team during our weekly team nights.

Anthony Flores

I joined the business September 2022 in Sam Ranibowitz office in Corona Ca. Prior to the business I invested the majority of my time training and teaching martial arts. Since joining the business I’ve developed new skill sets and healthy habits that have molded me into an individual constantly hungry for growth. My struggles in the beginning of the business revolved around my own habits of overthinking and lack of student mentality. I’ve embraced the concept of networking for continuous growth and attacking any and all opportunities presented to me. A never satisfied mindset is the strongest trait developed since joining the business.

Joshua Churchill

Joshua Churchill was born in San Diego. His dedication to sports and music has helped shaped the dedication and competitiveness that helps Joshua take on each challenge with a determination to succeed.
With a background in plumbing and construction Joshua made the decision to take control of his own growth opportunity by entering into the Management Training Program.
Joshua enjoys golfing in his free time and is currently focusing on creating a professional opportunity that will allow him to provide freedom of access to himself and his family.

Maxwell Scott

My name is Maxwell. I was born in England but raised in Oceanside California, i grew up playing sports then eventually ended up sticking to football which led me to earn a scholarship to play Division 2 football at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. After I was done playing football and came back to California I wasn’t really sure what to do or where my life was headed. All I knew is I wanted to be successful on my own terms. So after about a year of bouncing from job to job I finally found Aspire and quickly got hooked on the idea of being an owner and the growth opportunities the company offers at such a fast rate. I’ve been in the company for a little over 2 months now and have been promoted to team leader and I’m still working towards moving up the ladder in the upcoming months.

Samih Poles

My name is Sam Poles and my greatest motto in life is, “The best part of hitting rock bottom is that you can always climb right back up!” I am an account manager. I love using my skills to contribute the exciting technological advances that happen every day here. I have my bachelor’s degree in business. I have owned many businesses when I lived back home in Iraq. I was well known for my academic performance and my great leadership skills. I use my positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and learn how to be very successful. It has been a great blessing when I was given a chance to come to the United States to be in a safer environment. I was able to earn my degree in Nursing at Brightwood because I have a passion with helping others when they are in need. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, surrounding myself with good friends, watching movies, and I also enjoy watching a nice football game with some buffalo wings.

Semaj Wren

Born and raised in Oceanside California. Semaj was a multi-Sport Athlete excelling in Football and Track and field and Boxing. Attended Mt. San Jacinto College where he was a junior college All-American Running Back and California player of the week while maintaining a 3.8+ GPA garnering attention from University of Washington, University of Cincinnati, University of Hawaii and many more Division 1 programs. Semaj opted to go another route in hope of creating a lucrative Brand through social media he quickly began to grow accumulating over 1 million views on YouTube before taking a chance in the Telecom marketing world. Semaj has quickly excelled in this new world becoming one of our Account Training Managers after only 4 days out of training. Semaj is confident in his student mentality and he is betting on himself that he will own his own company within a year of doing Telecom marketing.

Born in Akron Oh, I aspired to live an active lifestyle. After high school, I developed the passion to serve and chose to pursue careers in law enforcement, and the US Military. I earned an Associates degree in Law Enforcement and served my community through the Summit County Ranger Department as a patrolman. I served my country through The United States Marine CORPS in 1/24 Marines as a Fire Direction Center Specialist. In seeking new opportunities, I’ve pursued the field of business and marketing. My hobbies include reading, collecting and exercising.

Cole Diamond was born and raised in Hesperia, CA. He grew up playing a variety of competitive sports, being voted in as captain for his leadership qualities multiple times over. After a brief career in minor league ice hockey, playing all over the country, Cole found himself unsure of his next step. His entrepreneurial mindset, and love for meeting new people, drove him to look into a career in marketing. He enjoys the opportunity that the company brings and can’t wait to open up his own business when the time is right.

Quynn is a first generation student who graduated from UCSB with a BA in Communications and Technology Management. Lawrence Lockhart

Lawrence, a San Diego native, has traveled across the U.S. and is a dedicated single father to two amazing kids—a boy and a girl. While juggling work and college courses, his career has been centered around constant learning and growth. His professional journey includes diverse experiences, from working with diamonds to an engineering firm, and even in auto insurance.

Now an Account Training Manager, Lawrence has quickly advanced by focusing on expanding his knowledge and leadership skills.

Currently, he’s building his team with the goal of promoting to Junior Director, always striving to create opportunities for himself and others.

My goal is to achieve financial freedom through passive income, allowing me to spend more quality time with my family (and on the golf course), while also empowering others with the same ambition and drive.
